Projects with Cost of $50,000 or more are required to be Registered with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) and obtain a TABS Project Number

INSPECTIONS
FINAL SITE INSPECTIONS
Owner or Owner Designated Agent must Request an Inspection with access solutions (RAS) no later than 30 days after Project Completion by filling up a Request for Inspection Form. If an Inspection is Failed you must Complete an Inspection Response form. When all corrections are completed submit form to (RAS) by Email.

* Pursuant to chapter 68.50(c) of the TDLR EAB administration rules, TAS plan review fees are due at the time construction documents are submitted for review. Full Payment of plan review and/or inspection fee is required prior to services being rendered.
